360° Feedback is employee development feedback that comes from all around the employee.
Requirements
To create an online employee feedback service that would allow the development company to deploy an employee review service to its clients and attract new businesses to the comprehensive easy to use system.
The application needed to be completely browser based and be able to produce bespoke reports specific to the requirements of the industry.
A product identity was also required to use to promote the service to non development company viewers.
Solution
The software developed uses a simple and effective website with a friendly look and feel to allow users to follow a simple set of questions set by the employers, their feedback combined with that of their peers and managers is combined to create a highly accurate graph of the individuals skills and abilities.
The solution has met all of the clients needs and will lead to future increases for the client.
